Pricing and Payments

    1. A percentage of the order item value based on vertical/sub-category.
    2. Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight and shipping location.
    3. The collection fee will vary depending on the order item value and the customer payment mode (prepaid/cash on delivery).
    4. A fixed fee is a fee that is charged in increments. This varies according to the order item value.

Order Management and Shipping

  • Our logistics partner will come to your location and pick up the product before delivering it to the customer. All you have to do is keep it packed and ready to ship.

  • Save the details of your pin code during registration by clicking the Continue button. When your pin code becomes operational, you will be notified via e-mail.

  • We make it very simple for you to manage your orders through our seller dashboard. When a customer places an order, we will notify you via email. You must pack the order and keep it ready for dispatch within the time frame you specify and notify us via the seller portal. This will notify our logistics partner that the product is ready for pickup.
