What are the shipping costs?

Each Seller charges a different delivery fee.

On low-value items, sellers incur relatively higher shipping costs. In such cases, charging a small delivery fee assists them in offsetting logistics costs. Please review your order summary to understand individual product delivery charges.

If the order value is less than Rs 500, a Rs 40 delivery charge per item may be applied to Bymin Premium products. Orders of Rs 500 or more are delivered free of charge.

Why doesn't the delivery date match the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?

It is possible that the Seller or one of our courier partners will be on vacation between the day you place your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines displayed on the product page.

We add a day to the estimated date in this case. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays, which is taken into account when calculating delivery dates.

What is the expected delivery date?

Sellers typically obtain and ship items within the time frame specified on the product page. Public holidays and Sundays are not considered business days.

The estimated delivery time is determined by the following factors:

  • The Seller who is selling the product
  • The Seller's product availability
  • The location of the Seller and the destination to which you want the order shipped.

Are there any hidden fees (sales tax, octroi, etc.) on items sold by Bymin Sellers?

When you shop on Bymin, there are no hidden fees. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price shown on the product page is the exact price you would pay.

Delivery charges are not hidden fees and are charged (if at all) in accordance with the Seller's shipping policy.

Why do the estimated delivery times differ between sellers?

You've probably noticed that estimated delivery times for sellers of the product you're interested in vary. Product availability, the Seller's geographic location, your shipping destination, and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location all have an impact on delivery times.

Please enter your default pin code on the product page (you do not have to enter it every time) to get more accurate delivery times on the product page itself.

The seller does not/will not ship to my location. Why?

To find out if the product can be delivered to your location, please enter your pin code on the product page (you don't have to enter it every time).

If you haven't provided your pin code until the checkout stage, the pin code in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.

Whether or not your location can be serviced is determined by:

  • Whether the Seller ships to your location
  • If there are any legal restrictions in shipping specific products to your location, please let us know.
  • The availability of dependable courier partners in your area
  • Sellers may choose not to ship to specific locations at times. This is solely at their discretion.

Why isn't the COD option available in my area?

The availability of COD is dependent on our courier partner's ability to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.

Our courier partners have cash payment limits depending on the destination, and your order value may have exceeded this limit. To see if COD is available in your area, please enter your pin code on the product page.

How do I arrange for a pick-up if I need to return an item?

Returns are simple. To begin a return, please contact us. Once you have initiated a return, you will receive a call to explain the process.

Bymin Logistics will make every effort to make the item available for pickup. If the pick-up cannot be arranged through Bymin, the item can be returned via a third-party courier service. The Seller is responsible for return fees.

What do tags like "In Stock" and "Available" mean?

'In Stock'

The Sellers will mention the delivery time for items marked "In Stock" based on your location pin code (usually 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days or 4-6 business days in areas where standard courier service is available).
Orders for other areas will be sent via Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service, which may take 1-2 weeks depending on location.

'Available'

The Seller may not have the item in stock but can obtain it if an order is placed for it. The estimated procurement time and the estimated shipping time to your location will determine the delivery time.

'Out of Stock'

The item is currently unavailable for purchase. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to be notified when it becomes available for purchase.

'Imported'

The Sellers must sometimes source items from outside India. These items are labelled 'Imported' on the product page and can take up to 10 days to arrive.

'Preorder' or 'Forthcoming'

These items are expected to be released soon and can be reserved in advance for you. The item will be shipped to you on the day of its official release and should arrive in 2 to 6 business days.
The duration of the preorder varies by item. When the release date and time are known, they are mentioned. (For example, June 5th, September 3rd week)

'Back In Stock Soon'

The item is popular and in high demand and has already sold out. You can, however, 'book' an order for the product, and it will be shipped according to the Seller's timelines.

'Temporarily Unavailable'

The item is currently out of stock and cannot be purchased. The product may be available soon. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to be notified when it becomes available for purchase.

'Permanently Discontinued'

This product is no longer in production or is obsolete or it has been discontinued by the Seller.

'Out of Print'

This product is no longer in production and has been permanently discontinued.

Does Bymin offer international shipping?

Bymin does not currently ship internationally. However, you can make purchases on our site from anywhere in the world using credit/debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries, but the delivery address must be in India.
