This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act of 2000 and any applicable rules, as well as the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
It is published in accordance with Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, requiring the publication of rules, regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for access or usage of www.bymin.com and its related applications (the “Platform”).
General Terms
Your use of the Platform and its services and tools is governed by these terms and conditions. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions as well as the applicable policies. Bymin Private Limited is referred to as "We," "Us," and "Our."
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the site, you agree to all of these terms of use.
Eligibility for Membership
Transactions on the Platform are available only to those who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act of 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract," such as un-discharged insolvents, are not eligible.
If you are a minor (under 18 years), you may use the Platform only with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Bymin may terminate membership if it is discovered that you are under 18.
Account & Registration Requirements
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name and Password and for all activities under your account. Providing false or outdated information may lead to suspension/termination.
Your primary identifier is your mobile number and/or e-mail address—keep these updated at all times.
Communications
By using the Platform, you agree to receive communications from us electronically (email/SMS/other means) as required.
Use of the Platform
Use the Platform in compliance with these principles:
- Do not upload/share unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.
- Do not infringe others’ intellectual property rights.
- No spamming, phishing, or unauthorized access.
- No promotion of illegal/unauthorized copies of copyrighted material.
- No misuse for commercial, promotional, or unlawful purposes.
